Manuel Melo

Manuel Melo is a Consultant, Data Protection Officer and Compliance Auditor with a professional background in marketing & sales, information & communication technologies and legal activities.

He has a Law degree, a post graduation in Law and Security, a post graduation in Legal and Business Sciences (NOVA Law) and a post graduation in Marketing Intelligence (NOVA IMS).

Currently, he is a PhD student in Law and Security at NOVA Law, developing two research projects:
- one focused on Customer Service Centers, Call Centers, Contact Centers and Communication Centers regulatory frameworks and
- the other one focused on Data Protection regulatory frameworks, Cybercrime law enforcement and Cybersecurity compliance proceedings.
