Eatfitters started in 2010 in Houston, Texas and we believe that there is a healthy alternative to fast food and to guide our customers on how to Eat Fit for Life! Every Eatfitters has a nutritionist on site. Prepared daily, our fresh meals are pre-portioned and individually packaged to take on the go, or heat and eat right in our restaurant! Every meal is carefully measured to meet the FDA labeling nutrition guidelines, including allergens. Our meals are high in protein, low in sodium, and taste good. It’s that simple!
