Luis Alfredo Baena

Luis Alfredo Baena is an ex-public health official in Bogotá, Colombia. He worked as the Secretary of Health for the national government, and also served as the Welfare Commissioner of Colombia for four years prior to taking a course at Harvard University in the United States. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Business Development for Canacol Energy Ltd., in Colombia.
