I am a family therapist who is trying to finish her doctorate in Family Therapy at Saint Louis University. I provide therapy part-time at a non-profit while I wait to become fully licensed in California. My dissertation is a collaborative effort between the Liver Center at Saint Louis University and the Family Therapy department. I am conducting an interpretative phenomenological analysis that looks at the meaning behind the quality of life at the end of life of terminal cancer patients.
