I am a web content specialist and the Wikipedian-in-Residence at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis. I am also a museum studies graduate student with experience in collections management, preventative conservation, social media strategies, and public program development. I'm interested in the ways that Wikipedia and other online tools can be utilized to increase accessibility to museum content while also providing 21st century skills to museum audiences through public programming. This research is influenced by my background in both social studies education and Reggio Emilia pre-primary education.

I hold my BA in History from George Mason University, home of the Center for History and New Media.

My most recent publication, "To Wiki or Not to Wiki," was included in the Display Case column of the American Association of Museum's member magazine, Museum, Sept/Oct 2011 edition.
