I'm the founder of the National association for the prevention of self harm and suicide in Norway. My experience is from both sides as a parent and myself struggling with suicide for over 40 years. The organization is for all the young/adolescent and the caregivers that are struggling with self harm and suicide. Our focus is on Empowerment and recovery. It's always hope but some of us need someone around us that take care of us.
