Laura Williams

My name is Laura Williams. I am 24 years of age. I have my B.S. Degree in Secondary Education specializing in Mathematics with a minor in Mathematics. I also have my Master's Degree in Mathematics. I am currently persuing my Ph. D at Southern university a & M Collge in Baton Rouge, LA. I am a math teacher at White Castle High School in White Castle, LA, where I have been a dedicated math teacher for the last four years. I plan to work on my national board certification this year. I am the Youth Sunday school teacher at Greater St. Paul Baptist Church in Plaquemine, LA. When I finish the SMED Program, I look forward to teaching on the college level and becoming a Supervisor. My influences are my mom, my grandfather, and my best friend Leticha Jack. One day I plan to open my own learning institute helping our youth to be the best they can be!
