Working towards a bachelor's in Psychology for the Helping Professions at Walden University. My goal is to help families impacted by ADHD and Asperger's, but not excluding other "invisible" and/or psychiatric or neurological disorders. An important part of this goal is to write books educating individuals and families directly affected by these disorders as well as those who deal with these individuals and families, such as peers, teachers, employers, etc. I hope that with my insights as a parent of a child diagnosed with ADHD and Asperger's, and as being a person diagnosed with ADHD myself, combined with a background in psychology, I can be instrumental in increasing the quality of life for those affected by such disorders.
