I study foodways and American Religious History.  Currently, I'm writing a dissertation entitled *Radical Food: Religion, Class, and Alimentary Utopianism in the Nation of Islam, the Catholic Worker Movement, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (1930-1970).*
