Led team of mental health clinicians, nurses, and administrative assistants in resolving high-touch cases.  Applied evidence-based care to achieving good clinical outcomes in cases that previously had little impact from treatment.  Personal case-load consisted of approximately 80% co-occurring diagnoses, including 80% Depression/Bipolar/Anxiety, 40% Chemical Dependency, 40% medical and neurological, 30% Psychosis. Managed 300 clients per year; contacted each client average of four times monthly. Ages of clients evenly spread between children, teens, adult, and seniors.
