As Equipping Pastor at Muncie Alliance Church for the past eight years, I have been privileged to direct a two year business and ministry training program. My emphasis in teaching has been in the area of missiology and ecclesiology. I'm personally intrigued by the biblical notion of oikos and am exploring this biblical concept as a model of being faithful to living out a consistent orthopraxy.  More than seeing myself as the one who teaches, I see myself as a fellow learner and student traveling together on a quest, this wayfarer's journey of life.
