I am a third year PhD student in the Urban Planning Program at Columbia.  My Zotero collection reflects my interest in the adoption and use of data-driven governance in large cities. The new systems of accountability used in education are the paradigmatic examples of this form of administration, but I will also be looking at examples  in transportation and public health for my dissertation.  I am playing with Actor-network Theory and Science and Technology Studies as a theoretical approach for studying these technological systems of governance.
