A bit about myself and my background; I currently live in Baltimore MD and I am a partner in a Venture Capital firm that focuses in early-stage start-ups in web, software and the gaming spaces. I also teach for the Art Institute Online, which allows me to have a bit of ongoing engagement with my creative side. I recently accepted a dual role as the Assistant Online Program Director for training & Development with the Art Institute of Pittsburgh's Online Division. I am currently working on my Doctorate in Management Development.  My background is primarily business (operations & marketing) & entrepreneurship in the technology and graphic fields. My tenure includes:

• CEO ofa video game middleware company that I started in 2004. We raised two rounds of private and equity investment and exited through a sale to a Japanese MMOG Company.
• President of a 3D world building software for graphics designers and professional video effects makers.
• Head of a major computer & graphic design publications company producing three national magazines and two international titles.
• VP of Product Development for a royalty free stock photography company. I created their online royalty free photo presence.
• President of a large Photoshop plugins and special effects company.
• President of an advertising agency specializing in yellow page spec art that I founded and ran while I went to school for my MBA.
• Assorted Sales and Sales Management positions including a role a the youngest Sales Training Manager in the history of as  major Fortune 100 company.
