I use Zotero for research in the restoration of existing housing stock in inner city locations which are intentionally forgotten and ignored typically for at least ten years or more.

 As much of the existing dwelling/building materials are "Re-Used". All new materials ETAL (Wiring, Fixtures, HVAC, etc.) are replaced with the most energy and natural resource efficient available.

Result: affordable, natural resource efficient, aesthetically pleasing HOMES.
