Columnist for www.e-architect.co.uk on the dramatic effect Baby Boom retirement will have in the U.S. and throughout the industrustrialized world. Especially relevant is my advocacy of 3-D models within the important BIM (Building Information Modeling) standard plus inexpensive factory-build housing with off-the-shelf technology to benefit the disabled and elderly.
