I began my secondary education with architecture, which I find to be an intimate and tangible representation of life. The issues of sustainability and service affect individuals, communities and society at all levels. To create effective solutions, I believe that design problems need to be viewed from an interdisciplinary perspective, not only from one discipline. I would like to solve the real world problems that face humanity in the context of global climate change. My long-term goal is to work harmoniously with a team of people from diverse disciplines. Along that path, I will be pursuing a PhD in a related field.
