Lecturer in the Department of Appalachian Studies at East Tennessee State University.  Director of the Appalachian, Scottish, and Irish Studies Program.  Also teach Scottish fiddling and classical violin. Currently pursuing PhD from the University of the Highlands and Islands/University of Aberdeen.
