James R Hughes is an accomplished medical professional with over four decades’ experience in the field. He is one of the six founding members of the Georgia Emergency Associates group in Savannah, Georgia. The group was established in 1994 and currently has five emergency rooms, and six immediate care centers in South Carolina and Georgia.
