I work with organisations to help them simplify access to and make better use of information when making business decisions.

I am a consultant, researcher, trainer and educator who has worked in a wide range of industry sectors, both in Australia and overseas, and with many different size organisations.

I combine 15 years of consulting experience with knowledge gained through research and teaching to implement cost effective operational reporting, business intelligence and data warehousing systems that are designed using best practices and principles.

My research interests include how BI vendors innovate, and what makes BI user interfaces and data visualisations effective decision support tools.
