Area of expertise and fieldwork : central and northern Eurasia, mostly Turkic and Iranic speaking; 12+ years of regular wanderings in the "new Central Asian" realm.
Working languages : English, French, German, Kazakh-Kirghiz, Persian-Tajik, Russian, Turkish and Uzbek-Uyghur.
