CDR William Holiman is a chaplain with the United States Navy.  He has served with multiple ships, a Marine battallion, a training school, a CB regiment, and an overseas base.  Prior to joining the Navy CDR Holiman was rector of the First Reformed Episcopal Church in New York City.
