Directs the services of the Reference Department; Plans and implements additional services as necessary and appropriate; Services include traditional and electronic reference, electronic information access, and library instruction.
- Assesses the effectiveness of reference services through: the development and implementation of assessment tools; and the analysis of usage statistics
- Ensures quality management by reviewing transcripts from Virtual Reference transactions.
- Provides leadership in the development and enforcement of standards for reference service through on-going collaboration and communication with other Library departments and through in-house training and professional development activities

Arranged and co-staffed the Library Table during the Freshmen Orientation on August 15th and 16th of 2014.
Collaborated with the Political Science and Mass Communication Department to set-up and staff voter registration table in the library entrance. In addition to the table I collaborated with the Library Director and Computer Lab Manager to have voter registration web links available on the library and lab computers.
