Working as a Special Educator since 31st May 2010 in “All India institute for speech and hearing, Mysore (Ministry Family And Health Welfare, Government Of India).
Nature of Duties:
ü Providing curriculum support services to meet the different needs of the differently able children.
ü Developing and Attending IEP meeting to initiate, review and update long and short term goals
ü Attend and participate in faculty school improvement, and student support team and parents, and parent meetings.
ü Management of behavior problems by the application of Behavior modification techniques
ü Apply different techniques to promote active learning including through Individualized and small group instructions.
ü Coordinate with parents, teachers, parents, assistants and various service providers that include speech, OT, PT, and Psychologist
