We spent 8-10 hours searching for articles on zoo animal rehabilitation during July 2011. We searched CAB ABSTRACTS, and Zoological Record. We also looked at cited references.

Library includes articles on pain managment, fracture repair, training, wound management etc. where the use of rehabilitation techniques and modalities might be useful for treatment  Additionally there is a reference folder under the main library that includes examples of rehabilitation assessments and techniques as currently used with the canine patient. You might find this helpful for ideas that can be transfered to the exotic animal patient.
