Suggest readings, exercises, videos to your colleagues.  Get interdisciplinary by dropping items into as many folder as could be relevant.  Fro example, a really good YouTube video or a journal article about recent events in China could be droped into the Modern Foreign Languages > Chinese folder, the Political Science and International Affairs folder, and more.  creation of new folders is open, so create more, and drop items into any that seem appropriate.
