This group serves as a scratchpad for the transportation energy and emissions (TEE) group located at https://www.zotero.org/groups/310273/

 All TEE_beta members can add or edit items, which are merged in to the main TEE group by the admins of the main group. Once an item has been added to the main group, it is deleted from this group. Thus, typically, the TEE_beta group will only have a few items at any given time.
