Social capital is a diverse topic. This group collects papers and other forms of publications on the subject. In particular we find organizational performance (e.g. productivity, quality etc.) and psychosocial aspects of social capital interesting.

Refences here will be used in so far three danish research projects dealing with productivity in banks and quality of care in the primary health care sector.
