Reclaiming Heritage is a research and construction project exploring the potentials of reclamation and recycling of building materials for a sensitive post-disaster reconstruction that includes cultural values and the retention of heritage by means of the materials underlining community values and architectural qualities.

A first case study is currently being developed in the town of Chanco, Region of Maule, Chile after the 8.8° Richter Earthquake that hit Chile on February 27th, 2010.
