A space for collecting writings on whether, how, why students can, may, should, ought, will, etc. (and their negations) use personal computing devices in the classroom. At first this was envisioned as a library for laptops in the classroom, but the point is more about students' use of any individualized computing device. (If you know of an article arguing pro or con usage of slide rules, abacuses, calculators that would seem to fit, throw it in!)
