Studying the relationship between Organizational Culture and Communication (internal and external). As organizations struggle with the dual conflicts of external adaptation and internal integration, there arises for some scholars the need to find out whether culture is static or dynamic, and if the latter, if it can be 'managed' to improve the organization.
Communications Studies researchers might want to know if improved communication helps this 'culture change' and whose role it is to coordinate all these.
