The project 'Media, Conflict and Democratisation' (MeCoDEM) investigates the role of traditional media and ICTs in conflicts that accompany and follow transitions from authoritarian rule to more democratic forms of government.
This group provides a bibliographic resource for use by both the public, practitioners and members of the MeCoDEM project. It will be updated on an ongoing basis during the duration of the project (ending Jan 2017) and will remain a public resource beyond that date for researchers and stakeholders in media, conflict and democratisation and for anyone interested in literature on the project case studies - Kenya, South Africa, Egypt and Serbia.
