This bibliography is a collection of books, journal articles, and reports from research projects on Integrated Counter-Terrorism Institutions (ICTI) and the Securitization of Policing. These projects are part of the Governing (in) Security Research Group at the University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University and the Balsillie School of International Affairs. The ICTI project studies the effects and effectiveness of the profusion of counter-terrorism institutions that integrate experts and information from across the fields of intelligence, military, policing, security, and emergency planning. The Securitization of Policing project examines current shifts in security governance such as the convergence of internal and international dimensions of security and policing within the context of global governance and issues of terrorism, border security and the policing of migrants and citizens.
