This is a bibliography of recent works on the history of empires and colonialism, written or recommended by members of H-Empire.  The bibliography is a collaborative project and relies on the active participation of H-Empire subscribers.  When posting a new item, please be sure to include a summary in the abstract field and any other information in the Notes field.  Members can update entries to make them more accurate, but if you would like to comment on the text, please insert the text as a new note (adapted from H-Albion Bibliography of Publications).
