Inspired by conversations at the 2014 Educational Developers Caucas (EDC) conference in Calgary, Natasha Hannon, Kim West, and Amelia Horsburgh reached out to the EDC community to gather a collection of "Top 3 must-reads". While originally concieved as a list for those "new" to educational development, these resources can also be seen as being foundational or particularly useful for teaching and learning in higher education.
