This Library seeks to understand how, historically, people have come to Illinois--and more specifically, to the University of Illinois; and how these journeys shaped what happened here thereafter. It gathers together materials on the histories of transport, migration, education. The Library is being developed by Derek Attig and John Randolph (Dept. of History, UIUC), in support of a course to be taught in the Fall of 2010 ("History 200G: Audiohistory").
