This group library was created by Julie Palmer as part of the project 'Biomedical Visualisations and Society'. The aim is to provide a collaborative tool for participants in the workshop series to build and share a library of resources about biomedical visualisations and their social and political implications. We are interested in a range of technologies including ultrasound, CT, MRI, PET, and even dissection and plastination. Group members come from a variety of disciplines, including: social sciences, cultural studies, science and technology studies, feminist studies, and history of medicine.
