I was a missionary church planter in Uruguay and Argentina for more than 20 years. I am now the Director of Institutional Improvement at Mid-South Christian College. My interests revolve around organizational development as applied both to the corporate and also to the religious worlds. My areas of study include organizational learning; institutional improvement; theology and all things related to the link between theology and organizational theory. Originally from Xenia, Ohio, I am a native English speaker but I also speak Spanish fluently. My wife and I currently reside in Southaven, Mississippi.
