Almost thirty years competing and coaching people of all levels ages and
abilities. I have presented and coached all over Europe including the USA,
Poland Spain Italy and Denmark. I am 4 times World Champion,
European British and Irish Champion in numerous events from 60m to 800m
polevault , javelin, shot putt, 400m Hurdles, Heptathlon ,
Pentathlon, Triple Jump, Long Jump , High Jump and 2000m Steeplechase.
