Founder of The Santa Monica Institute of Aviation English

As the Founder of SMi, I manage and oversee a team of exceptional expert talent that supports training for helicopter, commercial aviation, general aviation, and aviation personnel.

I work along side SMi's Co-Founder Luca Roseano, who is a decorated Navy Helicopter pilot with more than 2800 hours of flight experience in military, law enforcement and civilian settings, expertise in offshore, search and rescue [SAR], EMS/MEDVAC, firefighting, and night vison google [NVG] operations.

I/we approach training with a holistic approach--starting with the client's strategic plan and goals, building upon it in order to prepare the client to be the most competent in communication, reaching higher levels of linguistic competence and operational competence.

I/we offer the highest level of support to the client and go the extra mile to deliver quality service.

I/we develop and maintain training media, materials, and methods to support the change and servicing of instructional initiatives for clients.

I/we direct an Instructional Design team that is the source for information expertise and consulting on instructional design and learning strategy within the aviation industry.

I/we ensure training programs designed and delivered are in support of the aviation client's requirements.

I/we direct and manage multimedia course elements, analyze course/training content and determine best media rich content delivery and work with aviation associates who are content experts to provide quality training programs for external clients.

I/we conduct training workshops and seminars for the aviation industry.
