Filipe Azevedo

Filipe Azevedo was born in the year of 1976 on a small city in the North of Portugal called Vila do Conde. He received the diploma in 1999, the M. Sc. in 2003, both in Electrical Engineering and Computers Science from Porto University, Portugal, and the PhD degree in 2008 on Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD), Vila Real, Portugal.

Currently he is an Assistant Professor of Power Systems at the ISEP/IPP - School of Engineering, Polytechnic Institute of Porto, Porto, Portugal and a Researcher at INESC TEC - INESC Technology and Science (formerly INESC Porto), Porto, Portugal.

His main research interests are Economics applied to Energy Markets, Decision-Support System techniques applied to Economics Engineering problems and Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) applications. was born in the year of 1976 on a small city in the North of Portugal called Vila do Conde.
