Frederico Seixas Dias is Professor of International Relations at the Centro Universitário de Brasília, Brazil, and a PhD candidate at the Institute of International Relations of the Universidade de Brasília. He is currently enrolled at Harvard University History Department as a Visiting Researcher Fellow with a CAPES/Fulbright Award (2012-2013). His research interests include International Relations Theory, US foreign policy, Brazilian foreing policy, and the History of Concepts/Ideas.
