INTERACTIVE INSTALLATIONS

 

Mar. 2010 VOID 0.2 (17em Festival d’Art et Video – Casablanca, Morocco) Interactive multimedia installation using 360° video projection and quadraphonic audio system. Wireless accelerometers and gyrometers were used to manipulate audio and video parameters.

 

April 2008 Meta-Dulcimer (Bristol University - Music Department) Interactive installation Live recording of dulcimer with live modulation of samples using infrared system.

 

 

PERFORMANCES / CONCERTS

 

Performances

1998 - 1999 Percussions (Various concerts and festival – Montpellier, France) within a band of traditional Greek music.

 

1995 - 1996 Drums (LFH Athens & Institue Francais – Greece) within rock group BIFIDUS. 5 concerts.

 

Nov. 1994 PIano personal composition (Institue Francais d’Athenes – Greece).

 

 

Interactive Performances

 

Nov. 2008 Reflection for Meta-Djembe real-time sound recording, layering and transformation for live performance using hacked wireless game controllers (Nintendo Wiimote) in a MaxMSP environment.

 

Oct. 2008 Endings (4 Days in Motion Dance festival – Prague, Czech republic) Music composition and use of Bluetooth interactive system to control/modulate soundtracks. In cooperation with choreograph Zoja Smutny.
