Researcher and coordinator of R & D projects in the energy area, focusing mainly on issues related to capillary pumping systems, thermal power plants, solar energy, cogeneration systems, coal, natural gas, biomass and other renewable energy sources. Currently is associate professor at Federal University of Santa Catarina and supervisor of the Laboratory of Combustion and Thermal Systems Engineering.
