PhD candidate at Fundação Getulio Vargas (EAESP / FGV), in  Organizational Studies (beginning in 2014, feb). Master in Business Administration at Universidade Federal do Espirito Santo (UFES), in Organizations and Subjectivities (CAPES scholarship throughout the course). Bachelor in Business Administration (UFES). Specialist in Human Resources Management. I work since 2014 as a member of the Centre for Research on Organizations and People (NEOP - EAESP / FGV), in which I have participated in projects and activities in order to promote dialogue between organizations, academia and society. I worked between 2012 and 2013 as a member of the Study Group on Labour, Ergology and Management (GETERGE - UFES), and participated in projects and activities (research and intervention) related to the ornamental stone sector in Espirito Santo State, in dialogue with projects held by UFMG in Minas Gerais. I work in education (in undergraduate and postgraduate - Specialization / MBA), corporate research and knowledge in the field of organizations and people. Currently, my focus of study and research is on the following topics: use of information technology; new forms / organizational structures; post-bureaucratic organizations; organization of work in high-tech context; constructivism and social constructionism; language; reflexivity; qualitative research in organizational studies.
