I currently hold tyhe position of Food Director/Executive Chef at a Federal Early Childcare Center in Philadelphia. I am pursuing a doctoral degree in management with a concentration in information technology. My goal is to teach both the qualitative and quantitative research methods throughout the city of Philadelphia, especially in inner city forums.
