I've worked in electronics technology and communications network infrastructure manufacturing businesses for forty plus years. I've run a business unit as a general manager and several business units as a group executive. I've also lead functional corporate groups such as business development, strategic planning, M&A, regulatory affairs, and financial planning. I was responsible several times for expanding domestic businesses internationally and I've lead acquisition transactions throughout the world. I served three CEOs in different industries as a senior strategy and business development advisor. I've also experienced entrepreneurship, co-founding and running a small consulting business for several years.
