Marc Tay

Dr Marc Tay is the Medical Director of The Lasik Surgery Clinic (LSC). In his ability as Medical Director, he manages the improvement of laser conventions and is counseled on therapeutic identified issues relating to patient care.

Dr Tay accompanies an abundance of experience having worked at the Eye Department of the Singapore General Hospital, the Tan Tock Seng Hospital, the Toa Payoh Hospital and the Singapore National Eye Centre. He was a part of the Founding Group of Refractive Laser Surgeons when LASIK was initially presented at the Singapore National Eye Centre. He was additionally the past Chairman of the Medical Advisory Board, East Shore Hospital, and the Credentialing Committee Chairman of East Shore Hospital.

Dr Tay has helped liberally to social order and had appropriated various recompenses and honors, incorporating the Royal Free Hospital Exchange Programme recompense (1983), the Singapore Surgical Society Book Prize (1984), the Overseas Service Medal (Operational) SAF (1991), the Liberation of Kuwait Medal (1991) and the British Gulf War Medal (1991).
