I am an Assistant Professor in the Counselor Education department at The College at Brockport in Brockport, NY. I have a background in mental health counseling, having worked in community, college, and private practice settings with clients dealing with crisis, substance abuse, career, and personal growth issues. I am interested in integrating mindfulness-based practices into healing and counselor development and in understanding the wounding and healing processes to foster greater individual and collective healing.
