As well as being an active lecturer in business studies, leadership and management, I act as a coach involved in the personal development of people in positions of power. I am the lead for research into drowning prevention and allied issues for the Royal Life Saving Society UK, a member of the Diploma committee for the RLSS Commonwealth, and a proactive member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Coaching Division. A behavoural scientist, psychotherapist. spiritual counsellor and interfaith minister, I am the author of nine books and over 300 op-ed articles.
