I am an accredited Immunity to Change™ facilitator and Certified Executive Coach with more than 1200 hours of professional coaching experience with mid, senior and executive leaders. I hold a Bachelor of Business (Organization Development) and CHRP designation with the Human Resources Management Association; and am currently taking an MA in Leadership.

My industry background covers 25 years in the health, finance, tourism, government, and not-for-profit sectors in both Canada and Australia. My passion is leadership development, group and interpersonal dynamics, and culture change.

I give back as a director of the International Coaching Federation, and as a champion for the Minerva Foundation for BC Women supporting 'Women Leading the Way', an advanced leadership program for women.
